EBHO Forum 2025 — European Brain Health Forum

Co-located with NEURO-2025 | November 29–30, 2025 | Tbilisi, Georgia

EBHO Forum 2025 is the annual meeting of the European Brain Health Organization (EBHO), held alongside Georgia’s largest neuroscience event, NEURO-2025. Over two days, we convene researchers, clinicians, educators, students, patient advocates, policymakers, and innovators to turn cutting-edge brain science into public good. Guided by our vision—Healthy Brains for Future Generations—we bridge science and society via pan-European meetings, regional workshops, and clinical masterclasses that connect laboratories and lecture halls with communities.

The Forum welcomes neuroscientists and clinicians, public-health experts, AI and data scientists, students and educators, patient and caregiver organisations, funders, policymakers and regulators, startups and industry partners, as well as NGOs and civil-society leaders seeking evidence-based pathways to impact.

Forum Main Themes:

Theme 1: Decoding the Diseased Brain: Neurochemical Pathways, Early Markers, and Precision Diagnostics. Sub-themes include a) Advanced Neurochemical Profiling and Biomarker Discovery; b) Pathogenic Neurochemistry and Cellular Dysfunction; and c) Integrated ‘Omics for Precision Diagnostics.

Theme 2: Brain Circuitry and Cognition: From Computational Models to Therapeutic Innovation. Sub-themes include a) Computational Psychiatry and Cognitive Neuromodeling; b) Neural Network Dynamics in Aging and Cognitive Resilience; and c) Data-Driven Insights for Brain Health and Disease.

Theme 3: Converging Neurotechnologies: Restoring Function and Re-Engineering Brain Health. Sub-themes include a) Advanced Neuro-Interventions and Functional Neurosurgery; b) Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCIs) and Neuroprosthetics; c) Regenerative Neuroscience and Neurorestoration; and d) Integrated Approaches to Neurorehabilitation and Brain Repai

EBHO Forum 2025 is hosted by the European Brain Health Organization (EBHO) with the International Center for Neuroscience Research (ICNR) and allied societies, universities, hospitals, patient groups, and innovation partners. EBHO invites proposals for symposia, workshops, policy roundtables, innovation demos, lightning talks, and posters aligned with the three Themes. Multidisciplinary and cross-country teams are encouraged, and submissions should emphasise evidence strength, feasibility, equity, and measurable impact. Key dates, formats, and review criteria will be announced with the full program.

The Forum will recognise excellence through Best Presentation, Early-Career Impact, Innovation for Society, and Community Partnership awards. A limited number of travel and fee waivers will prioritise students, early-career researchers, and participants from under-represented regions.
